doubleM Caregivers is a locally owned and operated care service company based in George Town, providing childcare, senior care, and housekeeping services to families and individuals.
3. SERVICES PROVIDED

- Childcare and nanny services
- Senior companion care and assistance
- Housekeeping and domestic services
- Respite care for families
- Specialized care services
4. SERVICE AGREEMENTS
All care services are subject to individual service agreements that outline specific terms, schedules, rates, and responsibilities. These Terms of Service apply to all interactions with doubleM Caregivers.
5. ELIGIBILITY AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate information about care needs
- Maintain safe working conditions for caregivers
- Provide emergency contact information
- Pay fees according to agreed terms
- Report any concerns promptly
Company Responsibilities:
- Provide qualified, background-checked caregivers
- Maintain appropriate insurance coverage
- Respond to emergency situations appropriately
- Respect client privacy and confidentiality
6. PAYMENT TERMS

- Late payment fees may apply as specified in service contracts

7. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

10. EMERGENCY PROCEDURES
- Caregivers are trained in emergency response procedures
- Emergency contacts must be provided and kept current
- 911 will be called for all medical emergencies
- Clients will be notified of any incidents promptly
11. TERMINATION
Either party may terminate services with appropriate notice as outlined in service agreements. Termination procedures and final payment terms are specified in individual contracts.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
doubleM Caregivers’ liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.
13. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Cayman Islands. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the Cayman Islands.
14. CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date.
